Plans for 45 new 3 & 4 bedroom houses
in Cockburnspath

Caledonian Developments have made a planning application
for 45 new 3 & 4 bedroom houses at Dunglass Park (Toll View), Cockburnspath.
This will potentially increase the population of Cockburnspath by around
120 or more (as they are large houses). What do you think the impacts will
be? What, if anything, would you like the Community Council to ask the
developer to do
to help improve services to meet new demand (as
a condition of our support for the development)? It will obviously impact
on the school, but what else?
