Convert the sports field to astroturf / all
weather surface? Date Posted:15/08/2003
Now that the football club is no longer really
a Cockburnspath team (sorry lads, but you are not!), would there be
any sense in the Community Council/School bidding
for funds to convert the pitch to an all weather surface, which
could be used for 5-a-side football, hockey,
tennis, basketball/netball, etc.? This would encourage use of the hall
for
changing rooms as well, perhaps. Alternatively,
should we set up a team to compete from Co'path, not Dunbar
("Real Cockburnspath", perhaps?)?
