The definition of "local user" is
at the discretion of the committee
Non local users must pay charge
+ deposit one week in advance
All charges are inclusive of heating
and electricity.
If heating is used, a minimum letting
period of 2 hours will apply
The Hall is to be left in a clean
and tidy condition,
or a cleaning charge will be levied
in addition to the hire charge
