The Start and Finish is at Pease Bay.
The first section takes in the Cliff Top
walk to the Dunglass Estate via The Cove. Through the Belvidere Wood, leaving part way through to pick up the Hoprig Road and on towards Ecclaw Farm, taking a turn before we reach it and up a moderate climb to a High Fort settlement. At this point the height is 250 metres (about 820 feet). From this point it is down hill all the way to Pease Bay via the Hillside Earthworks
