This is just one example, but BT Yahoo Broadband with modem offers: 11 email addresses per line rental, Instant messenger, Webcam ready services to keep intouch with relatives overseas perhaps, Parental controls,POP UP blocker, virus protection, Junk mail control and the complete package costs just £29.99 a month for 10 times faster than normal (550kbps) or £40.99 per month (inclusing line rental) for 20 times faster than normal (1MB per second).

In both cases, line activation is FREE I would recommend getting someone to order online as if you do, you get a FREE Modem as well(normally £25).
