Cockburnspath residents need now only drive some two to three miles to the Innerwick junction of the A1 to then be able to travel by dual carriageway all the way to Edinburgh. This is fantastic for the area and should reduce frustration and accidents between Haddington and Dunbar in particular, and especially in the tourist season.
