Cockburnspath is situated just 8 miles from Dunbar, 21 miles from Berwick-upon-Tweed and 35 miles from Edinburgh.

Cockburnspath is ideally situated for walkers and surfers with it's beautiful sandy beach within walking distance and its beautiful coastal walk (10mins by car) from Coldingham to Eyemouth.  It is also at the beginning of the Southern Upland Way.

There are several restaurants and pubs in the area, the nearest being Pease Bay Caravan Park, which has a restaurant and take-away, also a pub.  Eyemouth is a short drive away and has good restaurants - a good seafood one, being Churches.
